For the aforementioned purpose, we need to obtain the following personal data: name, sex, date of birth, place of birth, nationality, address, telephone, email, as well as all the information you provide us in relation to the recruitment process.

In terms of articles 36 and 68 of the Reglamento de la Ley de Datos Personales, you consent and expressly authorize any transfer of your personal data that Pinto y Shehoah Abogados make to their related companies, subsidiaries, suppliers or clients. In addition, Pinto y Shehoah Abogados guarantees that the transfers made will comply at all times with the regulated provisions.
